The applicant proposes to occupy one existing dwelling while renovations are completed on the second dwelling. Upon completion, the occupied dwelling is proposed to be demolished, resulting in a single dwelling unit on the building site in full compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant requests that the variance remain effective only for a period established by the ZBA to facilitate this transition. 4. Meeting Minutes.
