IV. CALL TO ORDER: 6:30 p.m.

b. Deliberation, Background Information

authorized by the Zoning Board of
Adjustments through the issuance of
a special exception, provided the
board determines that the qualifying
criteria are satisfied. The applicant
has submitted a request to place one
additional structure on the site. The
proposed structure is intended to
function as an accessory structure to
the existing childcare use. The
applicant represents that the
additional structure will be
compatible with the existing
development pattern on the site and
surrounding properties.
3. Selection of Vice- Appoint Vice-Chairman Scott Miller made a motion to nominate
Chairman Jennifer Sickler and Myrenda Takashima as
Vice-Chairman. Second by Gerardo Paez.

Myrenda Takashima, Scott Miller and
Gerardo Paez. Motion carried (5-0).
4. Meeting Minutes. Approval of meeting minutes of Myrenda Takashima moved to approve
November 20,2025. November 20, 2025,minutes. Second by
Gerardo Paez. AYES: Ross Fava,Jennifer
Sickler,Myrenda Takashima, Scott Miller
and Gerardo Paez. Motion carried (5-0).
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:28 Jennifer Sickler moved to adjourn the
p.m. meeting. Second by Myrenda Takashima.
