Call to Order, Introductions, and Procedures • Meeting Called to Order: Chair John Cutrer called the meeting to order and confirmed the meeting was properly posted in accordance with state and local requirements. • Roll Call/Introductions: Commissioners and City Staff introduced themselves. A quorum was present. • Public Comment Procedures: The Chair reviewed the three-minute time limit and relevance requirements for public comments. II. Commission Discussion • Questions raised regarding: o Lot dimensions (approximately 75 ft wide x 105 ft deep). o Minimum lot size requirements. o Publication error stating consolidation into "1 lot" instead of"2 lots." • Staff acknowledged the publication error and recommended conditional approval subject to confirmation and correction through the City Secretary. • Applicant Joyce Smith requested conditional approval to avoid project delay.
