AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE CuMP~NSATION OF THE
PERSONNEL DIRECTOR 0]' THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES AND
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE
EFFECT AND BE IN FORCE IMIviEDIATELY FROM .AND AFTER
ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL.
BETITORDAIDNED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
SECTION I
The Personnel Director of the City of West Universi ty
Pl~ce, Texas shall receive as compensation for his services
the sum of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars per month, payable
in equal installments, semi-monthly.
SECTION II
The Personnel Director shall perform the duties and have
such pwwer and authority as prescribed in Article IX, of the
Home Rule Charter of the City of West University Place, Texas.
SECTION III
If any section of this Ordinance be, for ~y reason, de-
clared unconstitutional or illegal, the remaining section or
sections shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
SECTION IV
This Ordinance Shall take effect and be in force im-
mediately fro~ and after the date of its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24thdayof.March,A.D. 1941.
