AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE CONiPENSATION OF
THE CITY SECRETARY OF THE CITY OF "WEST UNlVER-

BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY Cm,i[vIISSION OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNlVERS ITY PLACE, TEXAS:
SECTION I
The City Secretary of the City of West University
Place, Texas shall receive as compensation for his services
the sum of One Hundred and Seventy-Five ($175.00) Dollars
per month, payable in equal installments semi-monthly.
SECTION II
The City Secretary shall perform the duties as pre-
scribed under the Charter and by law and such further duties
as the City Commission of the City of West University Place may
prescri be.
SE6TION III
If any section of this Ordinance be for any reason
unc onsti tutional or illeE?Pl, the remaining sect ion or sections
shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
SECTION IV
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force im-
mediately from and after the date of its passage and approval.
