AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE TIME FOR THE
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EG~UALIZATION OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE FOR THE YEAR
1939 AND PROVIDING THAT THE SAME TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON PASSAGE AND APPROVA.L.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BO ARD CF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:

That the Board of Equalization for the year 1939 of said
City of West University Place shall meet at the City Hall in

said City on June 27, 1939 2:30 P. M. to q!oo p. M.
and from day to day thereafter as shall be determined upon
by said Board, to receive all assessment lists and books of
the assessor of said City of West University Place, for ex-
amination, correction, equalization, appraisement and approv-
al, and for the purpose of doing any and all other things re-
quired of it by the ordinances of the City of West Uni-
versity Place and the laws of the St&te of Texas relating
thereto.
Sec tion 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 29th of May, 1939
