BE IT 0 PDAINElJ BY ,THE BOARD OF COl'fMISSI ONERS OF
THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PDACE, TEXAS:
-Sec tion 1..
TU8 Corporation Judge of the City of West Uni-
versity Place, Texas, shall receive as his compensation the
sura of ~50.00 per month, payable mw the City from its gen-
eral fund, or such other fund as may be available for such
purpose.

~his ordinance shall take effect upon the qual-
ification of the corporation Judge elected at the municipal
elec tion -n,eld VIi thin the City on the first Tuesday in April,
1939.

All ordinances and parts or ordinance~ in con-
flic t herewith are repealed, in so far as conc ern such c on-
flic ts .
