HomeMy WebLinkAboutSeptember AgendaNotice is hereby given that Members of the Senior Board and city council members will be meeting in person at the Community Building 6104 Auden on: September 12, 2024 at 2 PM Senior Board Agenda September 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Community Building Call to Order, Chair Ann Crowley  Attendance / Group photo Approval of Minutes from June 13, 2024 Presentation by PGAL architects, Justine Markowski & Jeff Gerber Focusing on programming needs and the spaces necessary to accommodate current and future programming. This includes rooms, staff spaces, storage, essentially everything. Functionality and welcoming ambiance are also considerations. On-going project Updates Soraya Brombacher Memories & Recipes Book status Debbie Pedrick Outreach and raising awareness of senior services Monthly Reports a.Patricia Noren, Sr. Ser b. Susan White, Parks c. Mardi Turner ,GNT d. Karen Kenny, APAC e. John Montgomery, City Council New Business Citizen Comments: Any member of the public wishing to address the Board, this is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Senior Board relating to the agenda. Public comments must be kept relevant to the Senior Board. The presiding officer shall rule on relevance of comments.  Persons making irrelevant, personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks may be barred by the presiding officer from further comment before the Senior Board during the meeting.
