AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE TIME FOR THE MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF TEE CITY OF WEST
UNIVERSITY PLACE FDR THE YEAR 19$8 AND PROVIDING
THAT THE SAME TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON PASSAGE
AND APPRO VAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1.
Tha t the Board 0 f Equalization for the year 1938 of
said City of West University Place shall meet at the City
Hall in said City on June 16, 1938, at 8:30 o'Clock A. M.,
and from day to day thereafter as shall be determined upon
by said Board, to receive all assessment lists and books of
the assessor of said City of West University Place, for ex-
amination, correction, equalization, appraisement and approv-
al, and for the purpose of doing any and all other fuings re-
quired of it by the ordinances of the City of West University
Place and the laws of the state of Texas relating thereto.
