ORDINANCE NUMBER 964
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, CHANGING THE
NAME OF llCORPORATION COURTll TO I'MUNICIPAL COURTl1;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section l. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of West Univer-
sity Place, Texas, be amended so that hereafter all references to llCorporation
Courtll in Chapter Eight (8) of said Code shall be changed to read 'lMunicipal
Courtll.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of August, 1971.
