ORDINANCE NUMBER 952
AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING L. B. BRICKER, M. C. CALDWELL,
ROLAND E. DAHLIN, E. GENE HINES AND H. ALLEN WEATHERBY
AS MEMBERS OF THE ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Commisson of the City of West University
Place, Texas, does hereby appoint L. B. Bricker, M. C. Caldwell, Roland E.
Dahlin, E. Gene Hines and H. Allen Weatherby as Members of the Zoning and
Planning Commission of the City of West University Place, Texas, subject to
the provisions hereinafter set forth.
Section 2. That each Member of said Zoning and Planning Commission
appointed hereby shall serve without compensation.
Section 3. That the persons appointed hereby shall serve as Members
for a period of two years from this date, and thereafter unti 1 the appointment
and qualification of their successors.
Section 4. That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are
expressly repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 11th day of January, 1971,
