AN ORDINA-NCE AMEl'IDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF vJEST UNIVERSITY PLACE. 'l'EXl\S AS PERTAINS T'O
FIRE ZOl'lli BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF SECTION 6-6.3)
ANlJ PROVIDING AN EFFECTrJE DATE
NOW) THEREFORE) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COM[VIISSION OF THE CITY
OF \^JEST UNIVERSITY PLACE) TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the C of West Univers
Place. Texas is amended the addition of a section to be numbered
Secti~n 6-6.3, which said section shall read as follows:
"Section 6-6.3: No ) bui ) or other
structures of any kind or charac0er shall be built
within the boundaries of Zone 7 of the Fire Limits
