AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS BY THE ADDITION THERETO
OF SECTION 6-6.2; DECLARING AND DELINEATING FIRE ZONE 8
OF THE CITY OF WEST ~TIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS: AND PROVIDn~G
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~lISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. Tha0 the Code of Ordinances of the City of West University
Place, Texas is hereby amended by the addition of a section to be ITumbered Section
.2 which said Section shall read as follows:
"Section 6-6.2: Fire Limits - Zone 8. The folluvling described real
property shall comprise Zone 8 of the fire limits of the
TRACT 1
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 10, Fairhaven Addition,
said corner also being the intersection of the west right-of-way
line of Academy and the north right-of-way line of Bellaire Blvd.;
Thence, northerly along the east line of Lot 10, Fairhaven Addition,
also the west -of-limy line of Academy, a dis cance of 120
feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 10, Fairhaven Addition;
Thence, westerly along the north line of Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4,
3,2, and 1, a distance of 600 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1,
Fairhaven Addition, said corner also be on the division line be-
tween the Fairhaven Addition and Colonial Terrace Addition;
Thence, southerly along the west line of Lot 1, Fairhaven Addition,
a distance of 120 feet to the seuthwest corner of Lot 1, Fairhaven
Addition, , also, in the north right-of-way line of Bellaire
Blvd.
Thence, easterly along the north right-of-way line of Bellaire Blvd.
a distance of 600 feet to place of beginning.
TRACT 2
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Fairhaven Addition;
Thence, northerly along the west line of Lots 1 and 20, Fairhaven
Addition, a distance of 140 feet to a point in the west line of
Lot 20;
Thence, westerly a distance of .6 feet parallel to the north
right-of-way of Bellaire Boulevard to a point in the east right-of-
way line of West Point;
Thence, along the east
distance of 20 feet;
