BE IT ORDAINED BY TFIE CITY CQlJj}lilISSION OF T:H:E CITY OF WEST UNIVER-
SITY PLACE) TEXAS:
1. That a public hearing shall be held at 7:00 P.M.) August 5)
1968) in the City Hall of the City of West University Place) Texas) loca-
ted at 3800 University Boulevard) to consider the report of the Zoning and
Planning Commission recommending that Zoning Ordinance No. III of said City
be amened to permit the location of professional or business offices on
Lot 2) Block 1) Lot 2) Block 35) Colonial Terrace Addition and Lots 1) 2) 3)
4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9 and 10) Fairhaven Addition) in the City of West University
Place) Texas.
2. That such hearing shall be a joint hearing before the
Commission and the Zoning and Planning Co~mission of said City.
3. The Secretary shall publish notice of such hearing in
the official paper of the City of West University Place) Texas) at least
fifteen (15) days before the date of such hearing and in addition thereto)
shall mail notices of such hearing to the owners of property lying within 200
feet of any point of the above described lots; such owners shall be determined
according to the current tax roll of the Ci of West University Place) Texas
and the mailing of such notices shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior
to the time set for the hearing.
4. A copy of the report of the Zoning and Planning Cowaission
shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary and shall be available
for inspection by any interested
5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and approval.
