ADOPTED ON THE DAY OF AUGUST) 1966.
WHEREAS, the City Comrllission of the City of West University Place,
Texas) has on certain dates and occasions) found it necessary) worthwhile and
expedient to expend funds of the city for the best interest and welfare of
its citizens) for items which were not considered nor included in the original
Budget; and
it is the desire of the City Co~~ission to increase various
items or lncome and expenditure known to be in excess of the amount provided
for in the original Budget) so that the amount of additional expenditures may
be offset by a like amount of additional income.
NOW) THEREFORE) BE IT ORDAI~~D BY TR~ CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF vVEST UNIVERSITY PLACE) TEXl\.S:
Section 1. The Budget of the City of West University Place for the
12-month period beginning January 1) 1967) and ending December 31) 1967) as
heretofore adopted be) and it is amended to provide for additional
expenditures and revenues) both from the General Fund and the Water-Sewer Fund)
as shown by the following schedule:

cated from the unapproJriated surplus of the General Fund and that ,400.00
be allocated from the unappropriated surplus of the Water-Sewer Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage and the 1967 Budget amended accordingly.
