AN ORDTI~ANCE APPOINTING JOHN N. NEIGHBORS AND SAM H
WHEELER AS MEMBERS OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTVlliNT
OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, A]TD APPOINTING
R. J. "HOLLIS" vJALDT AND WILBUR SCOTT AS ALTERNATE

WHEREAS, resignations have been received from Mr. J. C. Snyder
and Mr. B. E. Frank as members of the Board of Adjustment of the
of West University Place, Texas; and
\YHEREl\S, the City Commission accepts with regrets the resigna-
tions of the above named members of the Board of of
the City of West Un~versity Place, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF WEST UNIVERSITY PhACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Co&mission has determined that as a
result of the resignations of Messrs. J. C. Snyder and B. E. Frank, vacancies
exist on the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of West University Place,
Texas.
Section 2. That the City Comillission does appoint Messrs.
John N. Neighbors and Sam H. Wheeler as members of the said Board of Adjust-
ment, and Messrs. R. J. "Hollis" Waldt and Wilbur Scott as alternate members
of the said Board of Adjustment of said
Section 3. That the aforesaid members and alternate members of
said Board of Adjustment shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. That said John N. Neighbors and Sam H. Wheeler shall
serve as members of said Board of Adjustment, and R. J. "Hollis" Waldt and
Wilbur Scott shall serve as alternate members of said Board of Adjustment
until the next election in said City, and thereafter until the appointment
and qualification of their successors.

day of March, 1967.
