AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF COMMISSIONER
GEORGE DICKINSON AS A ]YIEMBER OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
TJ.-IE CITY OF HEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXl'l.8; DECLARING THAT
A VACANCY EXISTS ON TJ.-IE CITY COMMISSION; AND APPOINTING
B. E. FlliU~K TO FILL SUCH VACANCY
HJ.-IEREAS, the Honorable Dickinson has tendered his written
resignation, effective March , 1967, as a member of the C CO~tinission

Section 1. That in accordance with provisions of Article IV,
Section 13 of the Charter of the City of West University Place, the
