section I.
The City of West university place hereby accepts the
f'ollovdng described property located in colonial Terrace) Em
adc1i tion
to the city of West university place:

Lots one (ll to Six (6) inclusive, illld Lots
twenty-one (21) to t.wenty-six (26) inclusive,
all in Block Tvventy-seven (27) of Colonial
Terl"ace, an addition to the city of Houston,
Farris County. Texas, and now included with-
in the corpor~te limits of the city of West
Univerfiity Place;
same to be used for park purposes in accordance with the terms
and conditions of Q deed of conveyance of said above described
;roperty, to City of West University place.
Section II.
In view of the fact that the aoove described property
was 6edicated for park purposes prior to January 1, 1932, ffild
Legotiations were pending for the conveyance of this property
to the city, municipal ad val.orem taxes on said hereinabove

described property for the year 1932 are waived; emu the city
tax assessor and tax collector is instructed to strike the

Sect ion III.
This ordinance. shall take effect and be in f'ull i'orce
immediately from and ai'ter the date of its passage and appro-
val.
