TAXES DUE CITY OF'V~ST UNIVERSITY PLACE,
TEXAS, AND PROVIDI NG 'fEAT 1m PENALTIl!:S
SHALL ATrACH FOR THE NON-PAYMENT OF SAID
TAXES UNTIL FEBRUARY 1, 1932.
BE IT ORDAHTED BY THE BOARD OF CO:MMISSI01IJERS OF THE CITY OF ij\1EST
UNIVERSITY PLACE.
SECTION 1.
That there is here given and granted an extension of
time from December 31, 1931 to ,January 31, 1932 for the payment of
ad valorem taxes due the Ci ty of West Uni versi ty Place, Texas for the
year 1931.
SECTION 11.
That no penalty or interest or cost shall attach to
said ad valorem taxes provided same are paid on or before January 31,
1932. Said taxes shall become delinquent on and after February 1,
1932.
SECTION 111.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
