REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 133
AND PROVIDING THAT SAME TAKE
EFFECT IMMEDIATELY.
BE IT'oRDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <CMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF WEST UNlVERSI TY PLACE, TEXAS:
, Section 1.
Ordinance number 133 passed and approved by the Board
of Commissioners of the City of West University Place, Texas,
on February 14th, _1938, is hereby repealed.
See tion 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
iately f.rom and after the date of its passage and approval.
