AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON
TO MAINTAIN ANY PIGEON HOUSE OR A PLACE TO KEEP
PIGEONS OR TO KEEP AND MAINTAIN PIGEONS FOR
BREEDING OR oTHER PURPOSES, WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY.PIACR;
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CGrFLICT ARE REPEALED; PROVIDING A
PENALTY; MID, PROVIDING' THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
TAKE EFFECT ON THE 45th. DAY AFTER ITS PASSAGE
AND A FPROV AL. 9
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSION ER8
OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
SECTION 1
It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or
maintain any pigeon house or place to keep pigeons, or to keep

or maintain pigeons for breeding or other purposes within the
corporate limits'of the City of West University Flace.
SECTION 2
Any person or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon cOnviction shall be f :ined not more than $100.00, and
each day this Ordinance is violated shall be deemed a separate
offense and subject to like penalty.
SECTION :3
Any Ordinance, or part thereof, in conflict with
this ordinance is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
fjom .a.nd after the 45th. day after its passage and a pp~oval.
