AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITD.ifG THE KEEPING OF HOGS,
SWINE OR PIGS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITSOF
THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE; PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR H\.RTS THEREOF IN CON-
FLI CT WITH THIS ORDINANCE IS REPFALID; PRO-
. VIDING A PENADrY FOR ErS VIOLATION; AND, THAT
THIS ORDINANCE TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FCR CE
ON THE 45th. DAY AFTER ITS PASSAGE AND APPROWAL.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF WEST UNlVERSI TY PLACE:
SECTION 1

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to keep or maintain within the limits of the
City of West University Place one or more hogs, swine or pigs.
SECTION 2
Any person, firm or corporation or agent or employee

thereof, violating this ordinance shall be 'deemed guilty of'
misdemeanor and upon convietion shall be f':ined not more than
$lOO.OO, and each day that any such animals are kept in vio-
lation haret9 shall constitute a separate of'fense.
SECTION 3
All ordinances or parts thereof, in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on
the 45th. day from and after the date of its passage and approval.
