AN ORDINANCE PROVIDn~G FOR THE TIIVlE FOR THE
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE FOR THE YEAR
193'7 AND PROVIDING THAT .THE SAME TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON PASSAGE AND APPROVAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARDOF COMJVIISSillONERS OF
THE or TY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:

That the Board of Equalization for the year 193'7
of said City of West University Place shall meet at the
City Hall in said City on June 25, 193'7 at '7 :00 0' clock
p. M., and from day to day thereafter as shall be determined
upon by said Board, to receive all assessment lists and books
of the assessor of said City of West University P~.ce, for
examination, correction, equalization, appraisement and approval,
and for the purpose of doing any and all other things required,
of. it by the ordinances of the City of West University Pl?-ce
and the laws~ of the State of Texas relat:ing thereto.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
PASSED and APPROVED this the l8th. d Y of June,
A. D., 193'7.
