ORDINANCE NUMBER 93
AN ORDINANCE WAIVING PENALTY AND INTEREST ON
AD VALOREM TAXES NOW DUE FCR YEARS 1925 TO
1934 INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:

SECTI"ON I.
Due to Negotiations still pending as to collections
of delinquent Ad valorem taxes in accordance with decision in
case styled The City of West University Place V S Home
Mortgage Company for years'-prior to 1934, and further that
the total amount of delinquent taxes outstanding is prevent-
ing the city in payments of certain indebtedness contracted.
SECTION II
We hereby waive Penalty and Interest on all Ad va~
vlorem taxes for the years 1925 to 1934 inclusive, now due if
paid on or before February 18th, 1935.

SECTION III
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force immediately upon Passage and approval, and shall termi-
nate February 18th, 1935.
