If any person shall go into any public place, or into or near any private house, and shall use loud, vociferous or obscene, vulgar or indecent language, or swear, or cunse, or . ; expose his person" or commit any indecent act, or lewdly display any pistol or other deadly weapon in any public place, or upon such street or highway, or near such private house, in a manner '. .c calculated to disturb the inhabitants thereof, he shall be finea: in a sum not :exceeding One Hundred Dollars (~~100 .00) . , r I' I~ Section 2. . "'oj A public place is defined as any road, stre~t or alley, 'f'J: or any place which people commonly resort for business, recrea- tion or amusement. Section 3.
