BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
U1\TIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1.

It srJall be unlawful for a'ny person in an automobile to
park or stop on any street, alley or other public place in the
City of West University Place, and while so stopped or parked to

engi;l-ge in such conduct as kissing, hugging or other indecent conduct.
Section 2.
Any person violating the provisions of this 'ordinance shall,

Section 3.

The fact that no ordinances are now in force covering
the subject hereinabove set forth whereby the morals of the
city may be governed, and there are many persons who frequent

tb.8 streets and the public highways of the city f or immoral
purposes, creates an emergency and an imperative public necessity,
wherefore the second and third readings of this ordinance are
her~by suspended and this ordinance shall become effective
