Section 1.

All penalties and interest 9D delinquent municipal/valorem
taxes due C1 ty of We'st University PIa ce, 'I'exas, a re hereby cancelled
, and remitted, provided the full amOlhYJ.t of taxes due, together with, ~he
accrued costs ~re'paid on or prior to June 30th, 1933. If, however, same
are not so peid within the time specified herein, then le8alp~nalties,

are due, to-wit:

Section 2.
All payments of delinquent taxes shall be made to the City
Attorney who, upon payment of the full amount of taxes due together with
accrued costs, is direeted and instructed to issue a delinqueut tax.

Section 3.
This remission of penalties and interests shall in no man-
ner prevent, or be construed to prevent, the filing of suit for thecol-
lection of any delinquent taxes due said Ci t~', whether ad valorem or
ether character of taxes.
Section 4.

There being no by-law, or ordinance or law relating to the

time of the taking effect of ordinances, this ordinance, therefore;
shall take ,effect and be in force imnediately after passage and approval
by the'Board of Commissioners of t~e City of West University Place, Texas.,
