ordinance. The applicant is
proposing a circular driveway and
approximately 55 feet away, a
straight driveway to a garage. Staff
has done a preliminary review of
their proposed site plan, and the
proposed design is compliant wit hall
applicable external regulations. The
applicant's proposed garage structure
meets all ordinances pertaining to its
placement and scale. Its walls will be
4 feet away from the interior side
property line, all projection parts are
greater than 70 feet from the front
street line and its height is less than
25 feet so it may be located within
the rear yard.
