play area. The site plan was
approved by the ZBA in the
proposed configuration and layout.
Recently,the application submitted a
modified plan to the city indicating
that they desired to install two
additional play structures that were
not included on the site plan
approved by the ZBA. To authorize
additional play structures,the
applicant was informed that they
would be required to submit a
request for a special exception to
modify the approved site plan.
3. Meeting Minutes. Approval of meeting minutes from Mateo Fisher moved to approve the February
February 22, 2024. 22, 2024,minutes. Second by Cameron
Cuenod. AYES: Ross Fava, Shaffer Braun,
Mateo Fisher and Cameron Cuenod. Motion
carried(4-0).
Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 Cameron Cuenod moved to adjourn the
