CITY OF WEST IJNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS
NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning & Planning Commission of the City of West University
Place, Texas ("City") will hold a meeting beginning in the City Council Chamber of the Municipal
Building, 3800 University Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77005 during the City Council meeting set
to begin at 7:30 p.m. on March 24, 1997. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the City
Council meeting set to begin at 7:30 p.m. on April 14, 1997, at the same place. Following the
public hearing described below, the meeting will continue in the Conference Room, which is
behind the City Council Chamber on the first floor of the same Municipal Building and may
continue in the City Council Chamber after that. The subject of the meeting is as follows:

1. Call to order '
2. Joint public hearing with the City Council. The purpose for the hearing
is to provide an opportunity for parties in interest and citizens to be heard
in relation to a proposed amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance.
See the "Notice of Zoning Hearing," attached.
(Continuation of the meeting in the Conference Room).
3. Final report on the Ordinance amendments mentioned above, including
• modifications, additions and deletions; ordinances to adopt same; and
related ordinances and issues. -

4. Work with City Council on the final report on the Ordinance
amendment mentioned above, including modifications, additions and
deletions; ordinance(s) to adopt same; and related ordinances and
issues.
