Notice is hereby given that the Zoning & Planning Commission (Z &PC) and members of the
City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
August 12, 2004
beginning at 6:45 p.m.
in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West-University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Minutes. Matters relating to minutes from the June 24, 2004 meeting.
2. 5800 Kirby. Matters relating to an inquiry about rezoning commercial properties in the 5800
block of Kirby (to include background briefing, request for documentation required by ZPC,
etc.)
3. Town Center. Matters relating to the town center area (generally near the block bounded
by Edloe, University, Auden and Rice), including but not limited to future development,
platting and replatting, school improvements, street and right -of -way issues, sidewalks and
® pedestrian improvements, possible rezoning and modification of zoning regulations, and
related issues.
4. Framed Area Regulations. Matters relating to framed area regulations (sometimes called
the "80% rule ") and possible amendment of the zoning ordinance. .
