MINU`T'ES OF SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
DECEMBER 28, 1953
The Zoning Board convened in special session on December 28, 1953, with
the following members present: Mr. Ed Davis, presiding; Messrs. Taylor,
Halbert, Hannah and A. G. Davis.
The Board considered a request from Mr. G. W. Jarvis for permission to
locate a real estate office building on Low, Block 7, Cunningham Terrace.
Mr. Jarvis stated in his letter that the building is 18 x 36 Ft. in size
and of redwood construction.
Motion by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. A. G. Davis that the Zoning Board
recommend to the City Council that the request of Mr. Jarvis for per-
mission to locate a real estate office building of frame construction on
Lot 6, Block 7, Cunningham Terrace be denied as the said lot is in a fire
zone area and the structure does not meet requirements of Ordinance No. 551,
which defines the Fire Limits and building provisions of the City Building
Code.

With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon
motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
