MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
SEPTEMBER 11, 1953
The Zoning & Planning Board convened in Special session on Friday, September 11,
1953, with the following members present: Mr. Ed Davis, presiding; Mr. A. G.
Davis and Mr. H. C. Halbert. Mr. Taylor and Hannah were absent.
The request of Mr. Glenn H. Stanbaugh 3+11 Tangley, for permission to con-
struct an 18 x 2 Ft. addition over his present garage to be used as combi-
nation playroom, darkroom and storage space was further considered.
Motion by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Halbert, that the request of Mr. Glenn
H. Stanbaugh, for permission to construct an 18 x 2~+ Ft. addition over his
present garage to be used as combination playroom, darkroom and storage
space be recomsmended for approval subject to the execution of an affidavit
by Mr. Stanbaugh that the structure will not be used for commercial purposes.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No None
With no further business to come before the Board at .this time, upon motion
made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
