MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
ZONING & PIANPTING BOARD

The Zoning & Planning Board convened in Regular Session at the City Hall
on Thursday, September 10, 1953, with the following members present; Mr.
Ed Davis, presiding; Mr. Gordon Davis. Messrs. Taylor, Hannah and Halbert
were absent.
-There was no action taken on the requests of Mr. Glenn H. Stambaugh, Mr.
T. J. Moody, Mr. Lester M. Ricks, Mr. H. R. Stallings or Miss Effie Graham
as there was not a quorum present.
Mr. Davis advised the applicants that the Board would meet in special
session at the earliest practicable date to consider their requests.
