MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
AUGUST 22,, 1953
The Zoning & Planning Board convened in special session on August 22, 1953,
with the following members present: Mr. E. R. Davis, presiding; Messrs.
H. C. Halbert, David Hannah, and Chas. S. Taylor, Jr.
Dr. N. T. Waldman, 6531 Vanderbilt, requested permission to erect a 10 x 10`
fram playhouse to be enclosed on four sides with screen. The Board was ad-
vised that there would be no plumbing or electrical work in the structure.
Motion by Mr. Halbert, seconded by Mr. Hannah that the request of Dr. N. T.
Waldman for permission to erect a l0 x 10 Ft. frame playhouse on his premises
at 6531 Vanderbilt, be approved subject to no installation of plumbing or
electrical facilities and also subject to compliance with all building
setback lines.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
