ZONING & PLANNING BOARD '

The request of Mrs. L. W. Batchelor, 6111 Wakefvrest, for permission to con-
struct an aluminum carport in connection with her home which would extend to
within 2 Ft. of her south property line, and to convert present garage into
additional kitchen space and downstairs bath was considered.
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session on June 15, 1953,
with the following members present: Messrs. Maley, Davis, Hannah, Halbert
and Taylor.
Motion by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Halbert that the Board recommend to the
City Council that request of Mrs. L. W. Batchelor, 6111 Wakeforest, to erect
a carport which would extend to within 2 Ft. of her south property line and
convert present garage into additional kitchen space and bath in accordance
with sketch submitted be denied.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
