MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
ZONING & PLANNING BOARD.
FEBRUARY 22, 1953
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session on February 22,
1953, with the following members present: Messrs. Maley, Davis, Hannah,
Halbert and Taylor.
In connection with the request of Mrs. Jim Martin, 65~+~ Belmont, represented
by Mr. James M. Parsons, the Board made a personal visit to the property at
the above address as suggested at the meeting on February 12, 1953• In re-
viewing the request for permission to erect an accessory building 18 x 50 Ft.
of the existing dwelling to consist of an 18 x 20 Ft. garage, 18 x 16 Ft.
guest room and an 18 x l~+ Ft. bathroom,~it was determined by the Eoard members
that such construction would be in violation of the zoning ordinance and the
following action was taken:
Motion by Mr. Hannah, seconded by Mr. Halbert that the Board recommend to the
City Council that the request of Mrs. Jim Martin, 65~+~ Belmont, represented by
Mr. James M. Parsons, for permission to erect an accessory building to the
rear of the residence at 65~+~+ Belmont be denied.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon motion
duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
