Doepke, 3111 Robinhood, requested permission to enclose an open con- crete patio into a den measuring approximately 13'8" x 9'10". The present patio extends 3' beyond the front setback line. The Zoning and Planning Board convened in Special session at .the City Hall on Thursday January 22, 1953, 7:30 P.M. with the following members present: Messrs. Hannah, Halbert and Taylor. Messrs. Maley and Davis were absent. Motion by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Hannah that the request of Mr. F. A. Doepke, 3111 Robinhood be approved in accordance with application subject to execution of usual affidavit. Voting Aye: All Voting No : None The request of Mrs. Virginia Tartoue for permission to erect a duplex on Lot 6, Block 10, Virginia Court Addition was considered. Motion by Mr. Hannah, seconded by Mr. Halbert that the request of Mrs. Tartoue for rezoning lots fronting on Kirby Drive in Block 10, Virginia Court Addition be denied. Voting Aye: All Voting No None A request was received from Mr. P. Edwin Hurt, for permission to convey a strip of land of approximately 2' in width lying along and being adjacent to the East property line of Lot 108, and W2 of 109, Fairhaven Addition to the owner of east 2 of Lot 109 and Lot 110. This request was made because of the fact that the owner of the east half of Lot 109 had planted shrubbery approximately 2' west of his west property line. Motion by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Hannah that the request to convey a strip of land approximately 2' in width lying along and being adjacent to the East property line of Lot 108 and W2 of 109, Fairhaven Addition to the owner of the east 2 of Lot 109 and Lot 110 be approved as requested. Voting Aye: All Voting No None Mr. J. R. Drury, requested permission to erect an addition to the present ser- vant quarters at 3609 Albans, which property he contemplates purchasing. The plat submitted showed a 16 x 19 Ft. garage, 10'6"x 19' servant quarters and 5 x 20 Ft. storage space in the present accessory building. Motion by Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Halbert that the request of Mr. Drury to erect an addition to the present servant quarters at 3609 Albans be denied as this request was not considered a firm application supported by plans and specifications.
