ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
OCTOBER 20, 1952
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in Special Session on Monday, October
20, 1952, with the following members present: Mr. Maley, presiding; Messrs.
Goff, Morris and Riggs.
Mr. Wm. E. Arnold 37+5 Arnold Street, advised the Board that he had exe-
cuted an agreement to purchase Lct , Block 30, West University Place lst
Addition contingent upon permission to subdivde the lot into two 50 x 150
Ft. lvts to front on Buffalo.Spdw.
'°°' Motion by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Moss that the Board recommend to the

City Council that permission be given to subdivide Lot 6, Block 30, West
.:,~ University Place lst Addition into two 50 x 150 Lots to front on Buffalo
~= Spdw. as requested by Mr. Wm. E. Arnold.

Voting No None
With no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
was adjourned.
