The honing and Planning Board convened irT reTular session at the City
T-Tall on Thursday, July 1C, 1952, 7;34 P.~. vaith the following members
present: P¢~r. boy P~Taley, presiding;. Messrs. Morris and Riggs. Messrs.
T+.Soss and Goff were absent.
`;ir. Chester L. Bower, 3310 S~znset, at~~peared before the T3oard requesting
permission to convert his present garage into a bedroom and recreation
room and erect a carport in front of the proposed room.
P~Rotion by PYAr. Riggs, seconded by ?+'r. 'ROrris that the application of Mr.
Chester Bower to convert his present garage into a recre<~t~.on room a.nd
bedroom according to plans bZr Thoman ~~. t'xraacen, II, Arcritect, be
recommended for approval subject to execution of usual affidavit.

P~1r. B.obert H. Lloyd, ?215 :sunset requested permission to erect a carport
to extend to the side pro7erty line. I'~rr. Lloyd was advised this wculd
be a direct violation of the Coning Ordiannce and no action was taken.

dome which is in violation of the side yard set't,ack requirement without+.:
taking out a building permit, vvas submitted to the Board.
Lotion by Mr. te~grris, seconded by P,~~r. Diggs that the Board recommend the
City Council take necessary action to terminate the violation at l~222
