JUNE 19, 1952
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session on June 19, 1952,
wath the following members present; r?r. Ftoy Paley, presiding; Messrs. Goff,
'~aorris, ~N~oss and Riggs.
A request from ~~r. C. L. Berglund of 2903 Cason, for permission to subdivide
Iaot 8, Block 2, 'Test University Place First !lddition into two lots of 100 X
l0O feet each, the north. one-half to front on Cason and the south one-half
to front on Brompton, was considered by the Board.
A,?oti.on b~ TIIr. Coff, seconded by ~.'r. ~4orris, that the T~oard recommended. to
the Council the the request of P.x. C L. Ierglund of 2903 Cason to sub-
divide Lot ~3, Block 2, VZest University First Addition into two lots of
100 X 100 feet each, the north one-h~a1f to front on Cason and the south
one-half to front on Brompton be ap~~roved.

Voting No ; gone
a`~ith no further business to ccme beforE; the ?3oard at this time, upon
motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
