The Coning and Planning Board convened in regular session at the
City Hall on Thursday, June 12, 1952, 7:30 P.S. with the followings
members presents RTr. Roy P~Faley, presiding; ~aessrs. Goff, ;`orris, 1+~oss
and Ri~Tgs.
P4~r. Alfred Beerman, 1GOO2 I~.~ilton Street, reouested permission to extend
his z~resent kitchen 5 feet toward the rear property line and to construct
an additional bedroom and bath bets^reen the existing garage and house with
an upstairs storage room and rumpus room over the existing 18 X 17 foot .
garage and the proposed 1?.q X 18.6 foot bedroom and bath as shown on a
sketch submitted.

Street, for permission to extend his present kitchen 5 feet toward the

proposed bedroom and bath and existing garage be approved in accordance
with the sketch submitted, subject to the usual affidavit being executed
by iuIr. Beerman.

previous engagement.
x. Bruce '~. Owen, 66l~7 Rutgers Street, asked that an exception be made
to the honing Ordinance to permit his to erect a carport on the front of
his existing gauge to extend 15 feet to the side property line on Cason
Street and an extension 7 X 23 feet to the re?r of his present garage.

an exception be made to the Zoning Ordinance permitting ~~r. Bruce I~.
Gwen, 66!7 Rutgers Street, to construct an open carport in fronnt of his
existing garage and an extension 7 X 23 feet to the rear of his garage
wits the ~znderstanding that neither sides nor front of carport are to
be enclosed and.. that neither roof nor supports will extend betrond the
side property line on Cason Street.
