MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
ZOPdING & PLANNING BOARI3
FEBRUARY 16, 1952
The Zoning and Planning Board convened in special session on Saturday,
February 16, 1952, at 3:00 P.M. with the following members present:
Mr. Maley, presiding; Messrs. Morris, Moss and Riggs. Mr. Goff was absent.
After a personal inspection of the property owned by B~~rs. F. M. Rapp,
6612 Rutgers Street, being Lot 5, Block 29, Vest University Ph ce 1st
Addition, which she requested approval to subdivide into two 50x150 Ft.
lots, the following action was taken:
~[otion by Mr. Riggs, seconded by b~.r. Morris that the Board recommend to
the City Council that Pers. Florence Rapp be permitted to subdivide
Lot 5, Block 29, Nest University Place 1st Addition,-into two 50x150 Ft.
lots as requested.
Voting Aye: X11
Voting No None
kith no further business to come before the Board at this time, upon
motion duly made., seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.
