ZONING & PLANNING BOARI}
JANUARY l0, 1952
The Zoning & Planning Board convened in regular session at the City
Hall on Thursday, January 10, 1952, 7:30 P.M. with the following
members present: Mr. Maley, presiding; Messrs. Goff, korris, Moss,
and Riggs.
Mr. V. E. .Smith, 6631 Vanderbilt Street, appeared before the Board
requesting permission to construct an 18 x 20 Ft. addition to his exist-
ing garage to be used as a servant's quarters and laundry room.
Motion by Dir. Morris, seconded by Mr. Moss that the Board recommend
approval of construction of an 18 x 20 Ft. Addition by Mr. V. E. Smith,.
663l~ Vanderbilt Street, to his existing garage to be used as a servant's
quarters and laundry room, subject to execution of usual affidavit to the
effect that the building will not be used for commercial purposes.

motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting xas adjourned,
