Goff and Moss. Messrs. Morris and Riggs were absent. Mrs. Irene B. Oliver, 3323 Cason Street, owner of Lot I~, Black 1t2, West University Place lst Addition, requested permission to subdivide the ~...± said lot into two lots; the south 75 x l0O Ft. to front on Westchester Street and the north 125 x 100 Ft. to front on Cason Street. Lotion by Yr. Moss, seconded by TMdr. Goff that the Board recommend to the =~ City Council that Lot !~, Block ~t2, West University Place 1st Addition be subdivided into. two lots; the south 75 x I~ Ft. to front on West- chester Street and the north 100 x 125 Ft. to front on Cason Street, as requested by Yrs. Irene B. Oliver. Voting A3''®: All Voting No ; None I~6r. S. H. Gripp, owner of Lot. B, Block 3, West University Place 1st A,ddition,~requested permission to construct a home on said lot to front 'on Belmont Street instead of Cason on which street the lot was originally dedicated to front. Pdotion by Mr. Goff, seconded by Yr. Yoss that the Board recommend to the City Council that Mr. S. H. Gripp be granted permission to front a proposed residence to be constructed on Lot 8, Block 3, West University Place 1st Addition on Belmont Street rather than Cason Street with a set-back of 30 Ft. on Cason and 30 Ft. on Belmont Street. Voting Aye: Ail Voting No : None 1 3",r. and Mrs. &. C. Meeker, 32(76 Albans, owners of Lot 5, Block 89, West University Place 2nd Addition appeared before the Board to discuss. possibilities of subdividing the said lot in a manner which would permit them to construct an additional residence on the lot. There was no action desired at this time. With no further business to come duly made, seconded and carried, ~~~- Q ~~ SECRETARY before the Board at this time, upon motion the meeting was ad3ourned.
