The Zoning & Planning. Board convened in Special Session at the City
Hall, June 7, 1951, 7:00 P.M. with the following members present:
ltr. Daley, presiding;. Messrs. Morris and Goff. .Messrs. Moss and
Riggs were absent,
The Special meeting was called to consider a request from the Trunkline
Gas Compaq for modification of the Zoning Ordinance to permit construe-
tioa~ of an office building on .the 2$5.7 x 180 Ft. tract of land located
an Kirby Drive at Robinhood Street. Mr. Gene M. Woodfin, Attorney,
representing the Trunkline Gas Co., presented plans for the proposed
building requesting that the Company be permitted to canstruct the
building 20 Ft. fromn the property line on Kirby Drive and 20 Ft. from
the property line on Robinhaod Street and also permissian to front the
building on Kirby Drive.

Motion by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mr. Goff that the Board recommend
approval of the request submitted by the Trunkline Gas Co. for
modification of the Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of an
office building an the 285.7 x 1$0 Ft. tract of land located cn Kirby
Drive at Robinhood Street 20 Ft, frown the property line an Kirby Drive
and 20 Ft, froaa the property line on Robinhood Street and also to permit
the building to be constructed to front on Kirby Drive as shown on the
plans submitted.

With no further business to cows; before the Board at this t3sne, the
meeting was adjourned.
