ZONING & PLANNING BOARD
May 31~ 1951
The Zoning & Planning Board convened in Special Session May 31, 1951,
with the following members present: Mr. Maley, presiding; Messrs. Goff,
Riggs, and Morris. Mr. Moss was absent.
Mr. R. C. Chambers requested permission to construct a combination laundry
and storeroom in addit ion to a garage building in connection with construc-
tion of a proposed home on Lot 3, Block I~, Evanston Addition.
Motion by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Riggs, that the Board recommend approval
of the request of Mr. R. C. Chambers for permission to construct a combina-
tion laundry and storeroom in addition to a garage building in connection
with construction of a proposed home on Lot 3, Block tt, Evanston Addition,
subject to execution of the usual affidavit that the building will not be
used for co~unercial purposes.
