MINUTES ~' SPECIAL MEETING
ZOidI~'G & PLANNIiJG BOARD
April 13d 1951
The Zoning Board convened in special session on April 13, 1951, with
the following members present: t~sr. Roy Maley, presiding; Messrs.
Goff and Morris. Messrs. Moss and Riggs were absent.
Mr. Ledo Dowdy, 3901 Case Street, requested permission to add an
extension 7 x 11~ Feet to his existing 23 x 17 Ft. garage building.
This addition is to be used for the purpose of storage space, and
for housing of washing machine and deep freeze unit.
P,~otion by I~r. ~~orris, seconded by Pdir. Goff, that Mr. DowdST's request
for permission to construct an addition 7 x 11~ F't. to his present
garage building for storage purposes be approved subject to execution
of usual affidavit that the building ~vi.ll not be used for commercial
purposes.
Voting Aye: All
Voting No c Bone
uTith no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting was adjourned.
