T':e Zoning & Planning Board convened in special session on September 25, 1y50,
vrith the follo~~ving members present: Pv~. 0. C. King, presiding; T~essrs.
A11en and Ta}Tlor. rJ1r. T~Ta1ey and R~r. A~ioss were absent.
Tvss. Gladys Clemens 2y13 Cason, requested permission to install plumbing
facilities in an 11 x l ' room .adjoining a one car garage to be used as
servants quarters. It was brought out. that two families are residing in
the brick daplex and one family in the garage apartment located at the
above address ~,vhich is in an area zoned for Single Family Dwelling Units.
T~iotion by ;fir. A11en, seconded by T1Tr. Taylor that the Board recommend denial
of the request for permission to install plumbing facilities in the existing
11 x 18' room adjoining a one-car garage to be used as servants quarters for
reason that 2913 Cason is in an area zoned for single family dwelling units.

Piss. T. L. Dorsett, 3902 Riley requested permission to apply asbestos siding.
to the existing two-story home and garage apartment located at this address.

siding to the existing two-story home and garage apartment located at 3902
