The Zoning & Planning hoard :net in special session on June 12, 19>0,
with the following members present: ~1r. 0. C. King, presiding; Messrs.
Allen and ,~aley. ~ i~":~ssrs. Jones and Ohavanne were absent.
In compliance with an opinion received from City Attorney T. h~. Ryan, the
Board reconside:_~ed the regent of a-r. V. ~;. smith of 6634 Vanderbilt for
permission to complete a play room on his premises. It was the opinion
of the City Attorney that the Zcning Ordinance does not prohibit the
erection of a play room or hobby shcp and a permit should be issued if
the structure cornJles with proper set-back lines. I'~Irr. Smith agreed to
correct the violation of b~aildin~ the structure too close to the lot line.

present structure is a frame building and does not conform with the
