Ryan, the Board reconside:_~ed the regent of a-r. V. ~;. smith of 6634 Vanderbilt for permission to complete a play room on his premises. It was the opinion of the City Attorney that the Zcning Ordinance does not prohibit the erection of a play room or hobby shcp and a permit should be issued if the structure cornJles with proper set-back lines.
